Reopening Plan & Procedures
On March 17th, we made the very difficult, but socially responsible decision to close our Tasting Room to the public. We are eternally grateful to everyone that continued to support us during this time with our curbside pickup and shipping.
We are so excited to welcome you back and look forward to serving you, even if it means some things may be a little different. As we all navigate this through this time together, here is what you can expect from us:
Limited Seating
The majority of our seating is patio seating. Keep this in mind when visiting us during the spring as the weather is somewhat unpredictable and can still be quite cool.
Tables will be spaced a minimum of 6 ft. apart.
A maximum of 8 people will be allowed to sit together.
Reservations
Due to our limited seating, we strongly recommend reservations. Reservations can be made at https://www.viandelvineyard.com/visit. For same day reservations, please call 417-934-0195.
To eliminate gathering and crowding at the front door, please stay in your vehicle when you arrive. We will call you when your table is ready.
If you do not have a reservation and just stop by, please call 417-934-0195 prior to entering and we will let you know if we have a table available.
Curbside Pickup
We will continue and encourage curbside pickup. Curbside pickup orders can be placed at https://viandelvineyard.square.site/. You can place your order, select the date/time of pickup, and pay – all from this site.
When you arrive to pickup your order, just call 417-934-0195 to let us know you have arrived and we will bring it out to you.
For pickup orders paying with cash or not placed online – you will continue to place your order by calling 417-934-0195. When you arrive, give us a call and we will let you know if your order is ready. You will come inside to pickup and pay for your order.
Cleaning & Sanitizing
As always, cleanliness is a top priority for us. In addition to our normal cleaning procedures, we are adding additional measures to help protect our staff and customers.
Sanitizing stations will be placed at all entrances.
We have implemented a routine disinfecting process for all heavy contact areas such as doorknobs and restroom receptacles.
All tables and chairs will be properly disinfected between each customer.
Social Distancing & Interactions
In an effort to maintain as much social distancing as possible, we are limiting interaction with your server.
Gathering and congregating at the tasting bar is not permitted. Therefore, we will not offer wine tastings at the tasting bar during this time.
We realize that there are varying opinions on how precautions against COVID-19 should be handled. We will continue to monitor and follow all guidelines from the CDC and the Howell County Health Department. We ask that you respect our opinion and the processes we have put in place to keep us all healthy and safe. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this time.
